So today I just bought Adele's album called 21. Yes I know I'm waaaaaaaaaay too late to buy this album. But, as usual, my impulsive has talked hehehe.
Put the CD in my player and enjoyed it. Then when "Turning Tables" played,,, totally speechless. Described perfectly about my recent experience, with a little twist of course hehehe. Maybe when Gwyneth Paltrow sang this song on "Glee" is the closest thing that happened to me. Lyrics: Close enough to start a war All that I have is on the floor God only knows what we're fighting for All that I say, you always say more I can't keep up with your turning tables Under your thumb I can't breathe So, I won't let you close enough to hurt me No, I won't rescue you to just desert me I can't give you the heart you think you gave me It's time to say goodbye to turning tables To turning tables Under haunted skies I see you Where love is lost your ghost is found I braved a hundred storms to leave you As hard as you try, no, I will never be knocked down I can't keep up with your turning tables Under your thumb I can't breathe So, I won't let you close enough to hurt me, No, I won't rescue you to just desert me I can't give you the heart you think you gave me It's time to say goodbye to turning tables To turning tables Next time I'll be braver I'll be my own savior When the thunder calls for me Next time I'll be braver I'll be my own savior Standing on my own two feet I won't let you close enough to hurt me, No, I won't rescue you to just desert me I can't give you the heart you think you gave me It's time to say goodbye to turning tables To turning tables Turning tables, yeah Turning, oh

In my previous post, I said that I took Mandarin Course. Well, my first class started on Monday 7/11. So excited!
I arrived around 1830 WIB. Some other classmates already there. Kinda awkward at first. Nervous because it's the first class, and all of us, even we know Mandarin, but totally knew nothing about the pronunciation. Wrong pronunciation, wrong meaning. That's what I know. First lesson, how to pronounce. Totally hard. From what I saw on Mandarin variety show, even they sometimes pronounce it wrong. So we have to twisted our tongue just to said it right. Very exhausting. We didn't learn the pinyin directly. We use alphabets, but with certain signs to pronounce it. Still so hard to said it. This week is my second week. I will have my mid-test by next week 23/11. Wish me luck!!! The title fits my feeling for the last 3 days,,, Very low spirit. Why?
I just make a decision,,, that I didn't predicted before that it's gonna be this tough to handle. Involved with some guy, yes. Boyfriend, nope. Not reach that level yet. So I have a boyfriend before, who I called Mr. Frog, about a year ago. Didn't last for long and we broke up. Around November 2010, I met a guy. Just call him, Mr. Bear (gosh I have to get rid of this habit, calling guy with cute animals name). We met through our mutual friends. |
